Clinton Richardson’s passion for law stems from the intellectual challenges it presents. He enjoys developing and articulating arguments to address complex legal issues, which keeps him engaged and motivated in his profession.

Attorney Devan Byrd is a distinguished legal professional who brings a wealth of experience and a passionate commitment to justice to our firm. Born in Florida and raised in Alabama, Devan’s Southern roots inform her approach to law: a combination of determination, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills that make her a relentless advocate for her clients. Devan embodies our firm’s commitment to a collaborative, team-based approach to case management and litigation strategy.

BJ Savage is an Assistant District Attorney with the Jefferson County District Attorney's Office, Bessemer Division.

Jordan Andrews Cade is an attorney with the Environmental Litigation Group, where he brings versatility and dedication to a diverse legal practice. With experience spanning personal injury cases, medical malpractice, product liability, civil rights, and environmental exposure litigation, Jordan has earned a reputation as a "swiss army knife" in the legal field.

Lucy Chen Bryan was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2025.

Denzel is licensed in Alabama and he earned his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. While obtaining his law degree, Denzel was elected as President of the Student Bar Association, served as a board member of the Black Law Students Association, was a Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow, and clerked as a legal extern for the Honorable Abdul K. Kallon in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Additionally, Denzel was a member of Cumberland’s U.S. News top-ranked National Trial Team and the winner of the Judge James O. Haley Federal Trial Competition.

Prior to attending law school, Denzel earned his undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College where he majored in political science with minors in religious studies and human rights & conflict studies. At Birmingham-Southern, Denzel was elected as President of the Student Government Association, was a Ronald & Donne C. Hess Fellow, and was the recipient of the David J. Vann Award in Political Science.

Sam Ford is a partner at the law firm of Petway, French & Ford, LLP, in Birmingham, Alabama. His practice focuses on the litigation of personal injury cases and handling of all legal matters pertaining to the Birmingham Jefferson County Transit Authority.

Richard A. Rice is a Huntsville native. He matriculated at the University of Alabama and majored in Business Administration with a primary concentration in Economics.

Attorney Austin’s practice focuses on personal injury and mass tort litigation as well as legal consulting for businesses, governmental entities, and non-profit organizations.

Tiffanie Agee is a District Court Judge in the Tenth Judicial Circuit of Alabama.
