Each year, the Magic City Bar Association, Inc. (“MCBA”) awards scholarships to minority law students attending the five Alabama law schools: Birmingham School of Law, Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, Jones School of Law, Miles Law School, and the University of Alabama School of Law.

The scholarships and other awards are given at the Annual Scholarship Banquet.

2026 Scholarship Applications are due by October 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CST, and recipients will be honored at the
Annual Scholarship Banquet October 22, 2026.
